Meditate for Your Memory Challenge 2025
Monday, March 17, 2025, 3:00 PM to Friday, March 21, 2025, 3:30 PM EDT
Category: Events

Join us for another week-long Kirtan Kriya meditation challenge! Every day we will meet via Zoom and teach participants how to practice Kirtan Kriya, followed by practicing together, and then a Q&A. First time meditators welcome - all skill levels are invited to meditate.

We will meet for 30 minutes every day at:
12 pm PT / 1 pm MT / 2 pm CT / 3 pm ET / 8 pm Europe

A daily Kirtan Kriya practice has been proven to enhance many aspects of wellbeing. Just 12 minutes a day will improve mood and sleep, and decrease anxiety, stress, blood pressure, heart rate, and cortisol levels. Here is an overview of how to practice KK.

There are no special requirements to participate. No previous experience is necessary. Every level of experience is welcome. You may practice in a chair or on a mat on the floor.

FAQ:
What if I miss one session? No problem, join us for the following day.

Will this be recorded and can I watch it later? The replay will be posted on our facebook page: facebook.com/preventad

Is there a cost to participate? No, it’s entirely FREE. We only ask that you register so we know how many people are participating.

Are these video sessions? Yes, they will be live on Zoom. You may choose not to be shown on video if you prefer. If you have any questions, please contact Chelsea Pyne, Educational Programs Manager, at [email protected]
