Kristy Manuel, C-IAYT, E-RYT 500

Kristy is a certified yoga therapist through the International Association of Yoga Therapists and teaches group yoga classes and Individual therapeutically-oriented yoga sessions guiding people toward balance on and off the mat. Her background and experience in both exercise science and traditional yoga enable her to design safe and effective yoga programming for all levels of clients.

Kristy will be teaching Chair Yoga on Monday, May 5th

  

Jana Long, E-RYT 500, C-IAYT

Jana is a transformational leader who brings her management skills as a former media professional. She has practiced and studied yoga for over 50 years and bears witness to the emergence of yoga into the mainstream. She is the Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Black Yoga Teachers Alliance.

Jana will be teaching Chair Yoga for Joint Mobility on Tuesday, May 6th.

 

Donna Noble, MSc, RYT

Donna has been practicing yoga since the late 1990s and became a certified Yoga Teacher in 2011. She has a strong interest in the use of yoga as a rehabilitative tool for individuals living with neurological disorders and currently serves on the board of The Minded Institute, a leader in the field of yoga therapy and mental health.

will be teaching Positive Chair Slow Flow on Wednesday, May 7th



Amy Di Lillo, C-IAYT, YACEP, E-RYT 500, BLS

Amy started her yoga practice in the late 90s while living in Singapore and Bangkok, Thailand. Amy loves the fusion of ancient yogic wisdom and modern fitness principles and infuses each of her classes with complementary practices and essential oils. She has been a member of Balance Studio Cohasset's 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Team since 2018. 

Amy will be teaching Yoga Nidra on Thursday, May 8th.

 

Jane Stelboum, RYT 500, E-RYT 200, BLS

Jane is a marketing/advertising executive, Hatha yoga teacher trainer, and Certified Brain Longevity Specialist. She founded Sarasvate, whose mission is to prevent memory-related diseases like Alzheimer’s and help those already impacted maintain a high quality of life as long as possible. Jane has been a featured speaker at conferences held by the Smithsonian Associates, Aging Life Care Association, and the Alzheimer’s Foundation of America.

Jane will be teaching Yoga Designed for the Brain on Friday, May 9th.
