Jill Miller, C-IAYT, ERYT, Author, Fascia Expert, Co-founder of Tune Up Fitness Worldwide, inc.

Jill is the co-founder of Tune Up Fitness Worldwide and creator of the self-care fitness formats Yoga Tune Up® and The Roll Model® Method. With more than 30 years of study in anatomy and movement, she is a pioneer in forging relevant links between the worlds of fitness, yoga, massage, athletics, and pain management. Jill is known as the Teacher’s Teacher, and has trained thousands of movement educators, clinicians, and manual therapists to incorporate her paradigm-shifting self-care fitness programming into athletic and medical facility programs internationally. As the creator of some of the world’s best mobility tools, she has crafted original programs for Equinox, Golf Digest, 24 Hour Fitness, YogaWorks, and numerous professional sports teams. She and her team of 500+ teachers help you live better in your body with an emphasis on proprioception, mobility, breath mechanics, and recovery.

Alicia Elorza, ACE, AFAA

Alicia is a passionate fitness and dance instructor dedicated to helping people move with energy, joy, and confidence. Her classes combine Latin-inspired rhythms with dynamic, full-body movement to create an uplifting workout experience that’s as fun as it is effective. With many years of experience in both dance and functional fitness, Alicia designs sessions that are inclusive, safe, and motivating for all fitness levels. Her goal is to make every participant feel strong, empowered, and connected—one beat at a time. "My mission is simple: to inspire people to keep moving, stay healthy, and embrace the joy of dance as a lifelong habit."

Alicia will be teaching Latin Zumba on Tuesday, September 16th

 

Taylor Temnick, Ed.D, LAT, ATC, CES, RYT-200

Taylor has been a board-certified and licensed Athletic Trainer since 2012 and was formerly the Wellness Director for a primary care office in Florida. As an athletic trainer, Taylor has worked in the secondary, collegiate, and physical therapy settings providing immediate and emergent care, wellness promotion, and injury/illness prevention and rehabilitation. In addition to being a certified and licensed athletic trainer, Taylor is a NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist, an ACE Fitness Nutrition and Weight Management Specialist, an ARPF Brain Longevity Specialist, an American Heart Association BLS instructor, and a registered Yoga Teacher.

Lana Gelb, MS, BLS

As an Exercise Physiologist (ACSM), Registered International Somatic Movement Therapist (ISMETA), an Ageless Grace Trainer, and a Brain Longevity Specialist (ARPF), Lana offers a unique perspective identifying the causes of mental and physical dysfunction. Her work is based on combining elements of Movement with Cognition, which has been shown to be one of the most effective ways to activate & maintain brain function. At 78 years young, she aspires to inspire those who feel lost and don’t know how to start or where to find appropriate, relevant, simple solutions. She has been developing fun, beneficial programs for decades to make Brain & Body Fitness programs light and fun, which sometimes can be heavy and repetitive!

She is grounded in the cutting-edge science of Neuroplasticity and is passionate about supporting her clients on how to change their brain to change their lives. 

Lana will be teaching Ageless Grace® on Thursday, September 18th

Anna Aldrete Springer, NASM, INHC, C-IAYT, BLS

Anna, the founder of Wellness By Anna, is a certified Functional Personal Trainer, Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, and Yoga Therapist. After turning 50 and experiencing personal health challenges like adrenal fatigue and weight gain, she became dedicated to helping others "own their body" and achieve resilient health. She works with clients by focusing on the "Whole Self" through a supportive approach that combines movement, wholesome eating, and healthy habits. Anna is also a certified specialist in "Training the Older Adult" and a Brain Longevity Specialist.

Anna will be teaching Strength Training for the Older Adult on Friday, September 19th
